## Rate plans

- rp_flex: Flexible. Room only. Free cancellation until 3 pm hotel time two days before check-in; after that the first night is charged. Pay when you book or at the property.
- rp_flex_bb: Flexible with breakfast. Everything in Flexible, plus breakfast for two each morning, served from 7:30 to 10 in the front room.
- rp_saver: Non-refundable. Room only, 12% off the flexible rate. Paid in full when you book; no changes or refunds once booked.
- rp_member: Member rate. 10% off the flexible rate with the same free cancellation, plus late check-out until 1 pm. For Harbour Row Club members: link your account at the guest step.

## Policies

- Cancellation: Flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge until 3 pm hotel time two days before check-in. After that deadline the first night is charged and the rest is refunded, or released if you were paying at the property. Non-refundable rates are paid in full at booking and are not refunded or changed. Cancel from your confirmation page or through the booking's cancel operation.
- Payment: Flexible rates can be paid in full when you book, or at the property on arrival with a card held as a guarantee. Non-refundable rates are paid in full when you book. This is a test store: only test cards are accepted and no money moves.
- House rules: Check-in is from 3 pm with a door code sent on the morning of arrival; check-out is by 11 am (1 pm on the member rate). The house is quiet after 10 pm. No smoking anywhere in the building. Dogs are welcome in the Garden Studio by arrangement and nowhere else. Children are welcome; the Harbour Room and Loft Suite take one child in addition to two adults.
- Privacy: A test store keeps booking details for seven days and then deletes them. Nothing is shared with anyone; nobody is expecting you.

- Q: Is anyone actually expecting me? A: No. Harbour Row Stays is a reference store for testing booking agents. Bookings are recorded, confirmed and cancellable, but the house does not exist.
- Q: When is the free cancellation deadline? A: 3 pm hotel time (America/New_York) two days before check-in, on flexible and member rates. The exact deadline is on every booking session and confirmation.
- Q: What does 'pay at the property' mean here? A: Nothing is charged when you book. A test card is held as a guarantee under the pay_at_property handler and the full amount is due at check-in.
- Q: How do I get the member rate? A: Link a Harbour Row Club account at the guest step. In this test store, alex@example.com is a member; the rate is 10% off flexible with late check-out.
- Q: Can I book more than one room? A: One room per booking session. Make a second session for a second room.
